As the Co-Founder and Administrator of Fazio Financial Services, Melissa plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s client-centered approach. With over 10 years of experience in the service industry, Melissa is highly skilled in talent acquisition and management, and brings a unique combination of expertise and compassion to her role.
Melissa holds a degree in Criminal Justice and Commercial Graphics. Both of which have contributed to her well-rounded background in both organizational leadership and creative problem-solving. Above all, Melissa has a deep passion for helping and protecting people, particularly when it comes to securing the well-being of families and individuals.
At Fazio Financial Services, Melissa is dedicated to ensuring that clients feel like family. She and her husband, Nick, are committed to putting the best interests of their clients at the forefront of every decision, offering peace of mind and personalized service.

Sebastian is married to his amazing wife, Olga, and together they have three children and six grandchildren, who are the loves of his life. Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his family and cherishing the moments that truly matter.

With decades of combined experience in the service and insurance industries, Dylan built his career on a simple yet powerful maxim: Focus on helping people first, and everything else will fall into place after that. This guiding principle has shaped both his professional journey and his personal life.
He began his career as a captive agent with a Fortune 100 company specializing in Medicare, but soon realized that serving as an independent broker with a more diversified toolset of a wide range of products, and a fiduciary responsibility to his clients rather than a corporation, Dylan joined Fazio Financial Services to have the flexibility to offer personalized solutions to meet his clients’ individual goals.
A native of the Lowcountry, Dylan was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant and now resides in North Charleston. When he’s not helping clients navigate their insurance and financial options, he enjoys cooking, and spending time with his son, his girlfriend, and their beloved dog, “Sushi”.
